RE:More Stock Dilution

RE:More Stock DilutionTimmie,

Considering the fact that management holds a significant amount of shares, I highly doubt that their motives were sinister when it came to this financing.  In other words, I doubt they would shoot themselves in the foot by diluting shareholders considering they are large shareholders themselves.  Silvercrest did this $20 million financing for a reason, we just arent privy as to why.  It wasn't just for operational expenses, I can pretty much assure you that, they have plenty of cash on hand.  This money was raised because something significant is brewing.  I don't know how long it will take before we learn the truth behind this financing or the reason for it coming together but my guess is we won't have to wait very long.  Let's see how it plays out before casting stones.  Based on managements track record, they've always figured out ways to create shareholder value, I doubt this time will be any different.

Cheers!

Scott
