RE:Will Purcell (sigh )Well I guess according to Debeers we fluked a big stone. According to the annual report I think rather that PE is pointing out we are fluky on a rather consistent basis.
"Besides the high‐value 25.13 and 9.9 carat diamonds, several other large high‐value diamonds of gem quality have
been recovered from Gahcho Kué, including 7.0 carat, 6.6 carat and 5.9 carat diamonds from the 5034 kimberlite
and 8.7 carat, 6.4 carat and 4.9 carat diamonds from the Hearne kimberlite. The presence of larger diamonds is an
important driver of overall diamond value at Gahcho Kué. "
How many other projects get those kinds of diamonds from "dril core".
I recall back in 2000 I was at a conferrence with Debeers in regards to their "Victor Project". Seeing that I was already invested MPV at the time I took the opportunity over few glasses of wine to probe the president of the Canadian Division and a few of his colleagues about Gachue Kue Project. There response was rich with diamonds.
That was when I made up my mind I was going to be an investor for the duration on this one. And heavily.
