Just look at RPL. Granted, they are higher oil weighted. But if you reduce your valuation a bit compared to RPL you still get a really nice number that most of us would be very happy with.. And RPL has had more significant problems with cost over-runs, etc which put them into their mess in the first place - or at least that's what I believe based on my limited knowledge of RPL.
