Shoreshot.........I wish you were wrong, but you may not be wrong. You may be right. But would someone humor me? What in the heck (PC) is an "Aboriginal Funding Envelop" ? I just get the feeling Nelson had a dream and in that dream a small voice murmured..."Gregg.........call it an "Aboriginal Funding Envelop". He woke up. wrote it down, went back to sleep, and called AJ in the morning. I'm getting scared boys..........................
