If other major shareholders not affiliated with IMC, Dundee, or the Koreans can come up with a logical reason why this measure should be supported, and I'm talking common stock holders not any of those slated to get preferred shares, then I suppose it's what we have to do, but if there's a well reasoned counter point in the document, an argument from the loyal opposition, as to why this might incentivize Dundee to put their interests ahead of common shareholders, then it should get a thumbs down.
