RE:Class ActionWhy - because the investors that follow their publications buy when they say buy?  Same scenario with any group who subscribe to Jim Dines, Motley Fool, Seeking Alpha Pro, etc... or frankly any other instituional paper that comes out.

Can't control the masses and they aren't saying anything other than the same info you can get if you call PRD yourself.
