Not to be a downer on this fine day, but what is that suppose to mean? There were 31 million shares outstanding October of 2011. The 20 million shares which issued in 2010 (with the 20 million warrants) were a part of that. 20 million more shares were issued to Lion as part of the takeover/merger. 22.6 million were issued in a PP in July 2012 for a total of ~75 million shares late 2012. Not sure what you thought didn't survive.
In any case, my post was to:
1) Inform new investors about the warrants outstanding.
2) I was looking to see if there was an acceleration clause. I have seen them before although I don't know how widespread they are. Either way there doesn't seem to be one.
3) Further thought, not sure what management can do to address these cheap warrants. They expire in March 2015, Kenya suggested perhaps extending the term. But by December of this year we will have a very good idea of what Taipan has so why extend the warrants? Just going to have to live with them.
