Hello,

I think I disagree pretty strongly with this and would be thoroughly disappointed with PG if they did do a bought deal at these levels...they have more than enough cash for at least 2 years I would think...why raise dollars when the stock is still very low relative to its average price of last few years???

do not want to see dilution here...maybe 4 bucks...
