Flooring, the purchase can only take place once the secondary offering is closed. As of now they have only been allocated the shares, the payment and the transfer of shares to the buyer will take place at the closing date, which is scheduled for Wednesday, February 26^th. The buyer of this block would have to file an early warning report by the 27^th; I expect them to issue a press release in conjunction of the early warning filing.
