Predictable Ending

Predictable Ending

This concludes our broadcasting of the Cash Store Financial channel.

- Predictable?  (yes)
- Dissappointing?: (absolutely)
- Preventable?: (Yes)

It's going to be written in the books, that things got too big too quick, founders and upper management (DVP's) were too young, bold or whatever positive terminology you want to pull out of it... and lacked both business experience and a vision to work with regulations instead of battling them or skirting them. In the end....this is exactly what happens to organizations that battle government  regulations, rules or laws. Always focusing too much on the now rather than tomorrow. (Just like investing) Worse than that.....passing newly derived costs to a loyal and  existing client base to make up for publicly owned company shortfalls and such...talk about shooting yourself in the foot.

Long story short.....it's sad. What bothers me is, you can rest assured, that for current employees completely oblivious to what's going on here....I'm 100% certain that it's just "business as usual" and clinging to a hope that things will work out in Ontario down the road.

Very disssappointed to see what I'm seeing.
