RE:RE:Somebody likes youHi Maris.  My feeling is that the cost overrun was caused by poor planning because the rail business was new to CUS.  Their core business is manufacturing chemicals so they were likely not that experienced on the rail side.  Two weeks ago TD Waterhouse in their briefing notes mentioned that management brought in "qualified" outside consultants to review the whole project.  They uncovered the problem.  The only positive here is that management sensed things were going wrong and brought in the right people to figure it out.  Going forwared I don't think it is going to matter that much.  Keystone won't be approved until after the Presidential elections in three years.  Soon CUS will announce that the unit train capacity is fully contracted.  When that happens we are on our way back to $7.00.  If you bought at higher prices and now averaged down, I don't think you will be dissapointed.
