Rising Stock Price

Rising Stock PriceHello:  I was a shareholder of ENG the last time the stock had a big run in anticipation of a winner when the off-shore well was drilled, (8 years ago)?  Made a little money, not a lot.  I have been watching the stock firm over the last 60 days and am thinking of taking a position again.  My question is simple, what has changed to make the stock move?  They have done more technical work but I don't believe the have the money to drill.  Maybe I am out of touch with what is going on behind the scenes?  If someone could enlighten me, that would be appreciated.

Cheers
