RE:A Class Debentures

RE:A Class Debentures1.  You are correct re some $20 book value per share.  At Sept 30th, their shareholders' equity was $356 million.  I expect an impairment charge re their second plant in Quebec, which now is unlikely to proceed.  However, if my memory is correct, the amount they have spent there is under $50 mil. So even if we subtract $50 mil. from $356 mil. we still come with over $20 book value per share.  The balance sheet is clean.  Aside from the convertible debentures, there is only $105 mil. in debt repaybale about $3 mil. per quarter, up until 2020.

2.  You mentioned NB buying $17 mil of the A deb.  I can not find anything to that effect.  Where did you get that info from?
