RE:Morgan Stanley tactics

RE:Morgan Stanley tacticsGreetings PLI investors!  I come from the FCU board and am interested to learn that Morgan Stanley is down ticking PLI.  Many posters from the FCU board filing complaints with IIROC when it became apparent that Morgan Stanley's FCU trading activity was suspicious.  Their FCU activity includes numerous 100 lot down ticks in approximately 1 minute intervals throughout the day and almost always finishes with a 100 share down tick at 15:59:55.  Oddly if you check Friday's PLI tape at 15:59:55, you'll see a 200 share down tick trade made by Morgan Stanley.

Complaints against Morgan Stanley can be filed by sending an e-mail to inquiries@iiroc.ca
IIROC encourages reporting of suspicious trading but the day and times of offending trades should be documented so a trading analyst has something concrete besides a generalization to review.
