Generally it takes a couple of weeks for a stock to recover after a financing.  The investment bankers have an overallotment option they will often sell into the market, as well, people have a natural tendency to take the price down to the offer price.  After a couple of weeks people realize it is still the same company, but now an improved company with more dry powder to potentially be used for many potential opportunities.  I figure by the end of this coming week, the selling pressure will abate and then we will continue our tremendous move to the upside.
