Could the License be coming this week?

On IHUB rumors of another company being added to the MMPR list this week, Abattis options grant last week, the ticker change, the company trading up on 1.3 million shares Friday, the 850 k block at .17 that was taken out in 90 seconds one hour before trading closed.
