Woulfe EGM- !!! Vote against !!!

Woulfe EGM- !!! Vote against !!!Having read the information circular I am very concerned by the resoultions and the context that surrounds them.

I urge fellow shareholders to investigate the ramifications of the resolutions and make up your minds on what I think is an attempt by a minority shareholder (Dundee) to control the company and undermining the democracy of other shareholders. This is not just their company!

I understand that the company needs money to remain a going concern, but it should be the board of director's duty to market the company as a highly prospective company and accordingly arrange funding at the most commercially attractive terms. The terms seem to just benefit the sole subscriber to debenture. Look at the terms of the new class of securities! They are so good I wouldn't complain if I was a recipient of them... unfortunately no one is other than Dundee!

Further I must point out that I do not agree with the delays that have neccessitated the raising in the first place. I will this for another thread.

Is it just a coincidence that unwarranted delays result in some very cheap and favorable issues of shares/securities to the dundee controlled board that claimed their necessity in the first place ? not to mention an unheard of 10% arrangement fee...

I'm certainly not happy and I urge fellow rational investors to not just take my word for it but carefully scrutinise the $4million debenture and the EGM to be held in a couple of weeks.
