In all of this, since the announcement of delays in the IMC deal closing... lets check to see who is only group to benefit. Happy outline the "cause and effect" relationships between stock price depreciating announcements, further financing shortages and the lowering of Dundee's average entry price, and their  increasing % holding. Please don't tell me this is a coincidence.

Woulfe Mining shareholders need to be fully prepared to seek legal action action against the company and board of directors if this turns into one big dilution scheme/scam.
