RE:neinstein

RE:neinsteinsecondary refers to the source of the shares. it was a secondary. bought deal refers to the underwriting basis - whether it is a marketed deal or if the underwriters bought the stock and are reselling it. it was bought deal.

my information comes from the underwriters. if you need verification call your broker and ask if the settlement date has changed. it has. the prospectus needs to be modified due to the death.

targetted settlement date is now early march.

i believe that any insider filing related to the acquisition of the bought deal shares will only have to occur after the deal has settled and the unamed party technically owns the shares. as such, i believe the requirement to disclose their interest  has now been delayed until the new, yet to be determined, settlement date.
