Just for clarification, what kind of petition are we filing? It is a sort of injunction or temporary restraining (TRO) order? If so, it should be filed with the District Court or court who have a jurisdiction over a Bankruptcy Court so we can stop the proceedings and maintain "status quo" prior to TID filing under Chapter 11, in so doing we can buy time and request for shareholders meeting and try to wrist control of the Company. This is just for a clarification and opinion for I am not a lawyer nor privy to US laws. Is there any lawyer on this board who can comment on this? Can this opinion be a possible alternative course of action?
