RE:RE:RE:neinstein

RE:RE:RE:neinsteinlook i really have no interest in continuing this discussion. i think it 's great that you spoke with advantage. congratulations. you are plugged in.

did you ask if an amended prospecuts is now required? did you ask if that may delay settlement of the pertinent transaction where the new buyers actually gain ownership? do you realize advantage probably does not care if it has?

advantage has sold their shares to the syndicate (or was i also wrong about the bought deal?). as far as advantage is concerned their part in this transaction may be over and done with and has not been delayed.

that does not mean the purchase of those shares from the syndicate by new investors (aka the potential acquirer) has not been delayed.  the equity issue was anticipated to close on February 26.  i have been informed that an amended prospectus is now being prepared which has delayed the settlement date of the transaction. i am relying on what i am being told. could they still get it closed by wednesday? possible. but not what i am being told by the syndicate who now owns those shares.

if my information is wrong so be it.  i was simply passing it on.  i'd prefer to find out the indentity of the party sooner rather than later in any event.  let's see when the issue closes.
