Low turnover insiders...
Low turnover insiders...own approximately 27.5% of outstanding shares or approx 18 Million.
That leaves about 54 Million in the float.
Of the few longs here have reported their holdings and willingness to hold, the float decreases to less than 50 Million.
All the PP's have a 4 month hold, temporarily reducing it til at least end April. So, at least 5 million less there as well; unless they haven't been added to the published float yet.
So about 45 million shares go could go either way at any time.
All exchanges together, we can barely trade 400-500 thousand shares, so about 1% of the tradeable float.
That tells me 99% are loaded up and willing to wait for the next level.
So the fact that a mere 8-10 orders or so sit at .15 for nearly 2% of the tradeable float simply means that the 99% are happy with their holdings and 1% are still trying to influence weak hands into selling by artificially capping the price at .15 risking part of their holdings to do so.
Given there's nothing of material substance yet disclosed, the 1% can get away with this, for now.
I'm still siding with the 99%.
A few more ignores may be in order to clean up the pathetic posts.
