Thanks for the kind words WSD. I would suggest going to your local library and seeing what is available there, then taking out a number of books and just start reading. I realize this isn't the most inventive suggestion, but that's the approach that I take when I want to learn about a new subject. Even understanding the basics around terminology such as dilution, feed grade, Net Smelter return etc will be valuable in better understanding the industry.
