RE:Beginning to feel like I've lost my mind
RE:Beginning to feel like I've lost my mindI'm in Korea for other business at the moment and naturally I ask people about the SangDong situation.
The sentiments are not good. NO engagement with the locals, no visits. Korea views them as corporate people only concerned with the developments at corporate/stock market level, and not with operational progress at project level. Locals are alienated and disenfranchised.
With regional elections coming up the regional government will want an explaination for the delays. Korea is a sophisticated country, social license is very difficult and expensive to obtain. PIssing off the locals is silly.
And now they want to move to the CSE with no explaination to shareholders. They are acting as if this is their privately owned company whilst holding little over 15%!!
The CSE has less regulation- this means we have less protection and Dundee is one step closer to complete free reign. No rationale was given. This impacts the shareholders the most yet they make the decision with little or no reason to the shareholders. Do we remind them that they do not own the whole company?
They are only moving their because they have already pushed the regulatory boundaries on the TSX-V.
We need to do something!!
