my latest communication with IR #2

my latest communication with IR #2Another one, I had to scramble a name of the CTO, otherwise filter considered it as an unallowed expression ;) Hi Robert, Thanks for your email and interest in Simba Energy inc. www.simbaenergy.ca We have been in discussions with the group from Calgary and all is well and moving in the right direction. Management has been working on the details for the definitive agreement in Guinea and Kenya and I am expecting news pertaining to both LOI’s in the coming weeks. Once the definitive agreements are signed, Simba should then receive some much needed working capital. The LOI in Guinea will result in $700,000 USD in cash coming to Simba and the LOI in Kenya will see $2,000,000 USD as part of the cost-recovery from expenditures already made in both countries. The total is $2.7 Million USD which equates to nearly $3 Million CDN. Mr. Hassan is planning to visit Africa in the coming weeks and Jim Diick (CTO) may join him on this upcoming tour. The first stop will be in Kenya to meet with the Government and to receive their approval for the farm out as well as the proposed exploration and work being planned that will include acquiring more seismic data for block 2-A. If time permits Mr. Hassan and Mr. Diick will then proceed to Guinea for governmental approval and to present the work programs being planned there. There is also a good chance they may stop in Liberia to meet with NOCAL and begin the process of getting back to finalizing the PSC for onshore Liberia. I expect a good amount of news flow over the coming months and Simba is looking to provide investors with an operational update that will include any new developments being planned going forward. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any other questions. Best regards, Mark Mark Sommer VP Corporate Communications Simba Energy Inc. Could you possibly give me an indication when would you expect news regarding the Chad and other operational status (like LOIs announced recently). Is it more like days or weeks or months? Many thanks and have a nice day. Kind regards, Robert
