The Company’s production specialty chemicals business operates in the United States and in the WCSB, with an emphasis on servicing the oil and natural gas liquids resource plays. It provides trucks and trailers specifically designed to transport drilling fluids to operators active in the WCSB through its Equal Transport (Equal) division.

Remember MM's get paid for Volume

that's where the money is. They don't give a FLock about the stock price. The more volume they have the more money they make. They can sell into it or they can buy into Sales. The Volume on this has been anemic so they are stirring the Pot. Sometimes though it is a precurser to news coming. Hope it is in this case.
