definetely manipulation to accumulate,who else would keep selling into the bid when we are clearly hitting the asks

Completely agree. The volume is here. The price is being supressed. 

You'll notice that 3 penny move in december to .14c was done with 300k shares traded. We have 2 million traded, 1.5 of that traded at the ask...
