Charm7...How can JS sell the Company without the shareholders having the opportunity to tender their shares upon the offer or JS merging the Company without the shareholders having the opportunity to vote on the merger proposal? JS only owns about .5% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company so he is a far cry from doing what he pleases when it comes to controlling it in any sale/merger scenario.
