RE:Impact of rights offeringAs far as I'm concerned Clairvest effectively owns the company already. I prefer them to finance the company with equity rather than more debt. It is simply unfortunate that DA needs yet more capital. It's like a black hole which likely explains the underwhelming reation of the market after the announcement (down 4% on 340 shares traded). I wonder what the average aircraft daily utilization (in hours or maybe minutes?) of the fleet is?
I don't like being sarcastic but in my opinion what is really wrong is being completely ignored and it's hard to understand why?
