Claude  calendar indicates no show for PDAC.  The reason is/are:

a) they are out of money and can't afford it
b) they are out of money and hiding from suppliers
c) they are out of money and hiding from shareholders and debt holders
d) they are out of money and need to throw a "retirement" party
