It’s absolutely mind-boggling all the things you’re required to do to raise a half-million dollars—which means that half of that half-million will go to lawyers.” Without proper regulations, governance n policies in place, companies can easily screwed by entrepreneurs like goodman. TSX has standards of such compliance n governence to make sure bona fide minority shareholders wouldn't be screwed. Why are they fleeing from high governance space to less regulated exchange? Dundee, after all the feeding for themselves in the last 12 months at the cost of us the minority shareholders of Woulfe, seems to claim "still hungry". In such loose land, what kinds of n how much more devastating news n surprise would wait for us?
