Ya I have to agree.

More than anything, management doesn't look good. None of us knows what actually happened but the fact that you announce a huge financing at a better price and then cant fill it does not look good at all.

Who knows, maybe the next portion of the financing will be for a higher price but why would someone pay higher when the company just did one at $0.13 so that's not likely.
