Whilst I hope you are right... I am more inclined to think that he has resigned so that Dundee can vote their shares in the upcoming EGM.

You watch he'll be back straight after like the last EGM that was called. 

I know you have a vested interested (as do I) in putting a positive spin on this, I dont want to do it by denying the obvious unethical acts of the goodman.
