Given the quantity, I expect this will turn out to be Stephan Dulmage or Jean-Pierre Colin, the two insiders with high turnover.

I'm actually more worried about the "change in ownership nature" of those Alexander Steward shares.

I'm not sure I understand this correctly. Does it simply mean he transferred to another account and will still be required to disclose as he does now, or will he now have 3 million shares to dump discretely?
