Phone Call with SteveAs I mentioned in my last post I talked to Steve this afternoon.
A few points I would like to mention.
First, Steve mentioned that we are still on track for the 9-14 MW (gross) from the remediation, and the company still expects the final numbers to be in the 59-63 MW (net) range. I asked why the remediation numbers changed to a gross number in the last NR, where as the previous NR's they indicated a net number. He said the difference is very very minimal and the net amount does not get mutiplied by a 0.92 number......it's much lower than that..... "almost the same" he said.
Prior to the MW numbers going all crazy on the Nic. website, I asked what was our baseline output number for the last 6 weeks. He said we stabilized at 48 MW (gross). We all noticed a slight decline of a few MW's down to the 45-46 MW level and I asked was this because Well 6-1 was taken out of service? I got a technical response which I don't think I interpreted correctly so I don't want to comment on something I'm not sure about.......... I believe he was suggesting that the production flow will be fluctuating through the process of getting things on-line. I think Cosmic would be better to interpret Steve's response with his background.
Steve mentioned that we have not begun the 30 day stabilization period followed by a 7 day performance test. Final numbers should be in around April. Looking at the Nic. website tonight, this process should begin very soon.
He said they might release the flow test data for each well, however what matters is the "big picture." I would prefer if they they did release that information.
One thing I forgot to ask........will all the wells be turned on-line at the same time? I think that's an important question especially now we see the numbers on the Nic website trending higher. Is this an 'all in' output? Or do we still have wells shut off.
Finally we talked about the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee which has been formed, but not much talk has gone on, the remediation has been the prime focus.
I encourage RPG shareholders to call Steve and also ask questions. It's important we all received the same information so better decisions can be made.
