RE:RE:RE:RE:ShortsI have never played the short side of a trade but i do know that part of investing in a certain stock is keeping a close watch on the short side. That being said 600,000 short shares is an extremely small portion of 380 million shares outstanding. I think the 600,000 has more to do with someone playing both side of the fence somewhat like having a small insurance policy on their extremely large investment. Not uncommon to see LUC have swift drops in share price taking out any # of stops or shorts cashing out on the way down, then recovering almost immediatly to end up on the day. I wonder who makes money on both sides of that trade going down and then up like that ?
