Terrace Bay Mill in Thunder Bay, Ont, looking to add new disolving pulp plant and is hiring, they state that DP prices are currently higher than normal and demand is growing. Sappi, a disolving pulp manufacturer has returned to profit and wants to resume paying dividends. If Chad can make Thurso more efficient and reliable perhaps they can start to produce at a profit. cheers rythman
