RE:RE:RE:RE:Scotia buying at the close, high of the dayIf LNV's 47 million shares are swapped out for the same of SGY shares at say $5.60 a share the deal would be for $263.2 million plus assumption of app. $120 million of debt for a total of $383 million =6000 boe/d or $63,850 per flowing boe.
