first I don't see a formal offer as yet and when and if we receive a formal offer we are being told that a search for partner clause will be part of it, so the search will continue.

we all know that major oil companies are selling assets and picking their growth properties and planning to cut costs, so it makes sense that finding a partner in this new oil and gas world would pose some difficulty.

what we don't know is if any offers were made but rejected by MGX because they were not financially adequate.

so Paramount is the backstop and they don't need to give us a great price because without their offer we are dead in 1.5 years, so I won't complain if Mr Riddell is not overly generous with his companies money.

maybe the big oil companies might decide to try again to make a deal considering the assets will disappear into POU coffers for the next 10 years until the infrastructure and technology is better suited to develop these assets.

with rising NG prices at some point a pipeline from Mckensie valley will become a reality and POU will make money.

hey if POU offers us shares in exchange for our MGX paper, it might not be a bad deal if the numbers are good.

the game is not over, it's just beginning even though it appears not.
