Gupta is the quinessential .V front man. Bright, has charisma, talks well. Trouble is those attributes need to be partnered with an ability to execute. Thus far he's not shown strength there. Can he hit it out if the park?  Maybe. But he needs to bear down and focus, not keep looking for the next big idea. And he needs to quit talking. It doesn't help when you still come off more like a promoter than a CEO. Articles like that one about the patent everyone wished they had, that's bad business. 




I have maintained to get to the next level at some point the management structure will have to grow-mature. On that end many think the next step is an out and out buyout-in my estimation
I do not believe that to be the case...I can see a merger of equals first-with all the obligatory expansion of SGandA that goes with it-but a leap in scale and reach and traction and management expertise creating synergy where possibly now lacking.

Than an out and out buyout as Gupta himself has expounded verbally and in print format.

All this in less than 18-24mths  duration IMO...and between $3 and $5 per share on 120Million O'/S.
