Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:Tax Breaks In the North Sea ......Crow Agree with the perfect storm points. Unless I am mistaken, I think that once the decisive break out above $2.80 occurs the first breather is likely to be nearer $5 to $6. Once the additional - post first oil - wells are drilled for the GSA hub in 2015 (and/or other developments/acquisitions) it is then quite hard to make a case against the share price reaching $15 relatively quickly. I also think that Ithaca's board will fight tooth and nail against any takeover just as the mighty Kentz did last summer (Amec bid) and that is what I want them to do given the above. Doug
