I think it is important to differentiate between the actual and effective deal price when it comes to a deal with Surge, unlike any other buyer SGY has acquired 20% of LNV at an extremely low valuation. Thus, for example, if they were to pay $6.4 for the float, their effective price is only $6. This is why it is highly likely that a deal will take place at $6+ for the float.
