RE:RE:POU MGX share exchange
RE:RE:POU MGX share exchangeI don't think that you really understand the situation very well, MGM is dead in mid 2015, and they will run out of cash and no longer can fund their day to day payrool.
therefore unless you want to be diluted like crazy and it makes no sesne to keep subsidizing a company that has no prospects for production for years down the road.
it's better to merge it with a big strong growing O&G producer that can allocate capital as it's requried and one day down the road start up oil and or gas production from the Mckensie valley.
I'd rather be part of that company than the current dead end that we are shareholders are facing.
my other pointy is that by having a deal in hand then MGX is not desparate to make any bad deals if any were offered and if a good JV deal comes along then things can stay as they are since we'll get funding for another 12-18 months.
so take a chill pill and smell the coffee, MGM is not worth much without JV's or a NG pipeline and we know where the pipeline projects stands at this time.
no body in their right mind would pay more than 0.30 cents per share for this company on a good day.
like I said I'm long and I'd be very happy with POU shares
