Them saying they only have cash to fund to a certain period is new to you? Obviously you haven't been paying attention for the last 5 years. There's many stragegic things they can do to fund the company and raise shareholder's value. Asset sales, spinning off assets... etc. I rather have MGX goes bankrupt and have Mr. Riddell take it to his grave and I take the tax loss. Than take a mini premium and and still have a loss while they reap all the rewards in future development. Management should do their JOB and fullfill their fiduciary duty.
