RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Economics & Project Finance = Iron projects in CDN not Ore It would be best to have the Labradorians as happy campers in their union with Newfoundland.   However it does appear that Newfoundland regards Labrador as a colony.    If Labrador were to find a way to separate the first thing I would expect would be to negate the power deal with Quebec which was made with Labrador wealth by Newfoundlanders.   Bottom line is that I expect that the Newfoundlanders know that they need to keep the workers in Labrador happy by doing everything possible to  find mining jobs for the workers displaced by the closing of Wabush.  
   One Ripple Tooter fascist on this board observed that I must be off the reservation to suggest Labrador could secede.   Undoubtedly that Ripple Tooters and many of his ilk fantasize about dressing as a tax collector and extorting money from vegetable peddlers.    That was a popular pastime in Tunisia until recently.
