Directors' Hand in the Game

Directors' Hand in the GameNot that I agree with how this was handled, I don't.  I think it should have been a Rights Offering but the Board members have significant share ownership and continuted to acquire shares in the period when they would have contemplated this offering, which is contrary to some of what has been posted.  If you check www.sedi.ca where each issuer is required to file all insider transactions, you will see that Henri Harland traded in the January, net acquiring 21,000 between his personal and indirect ownership with a remaining total of over 2.5 million shares.  Harlan Waksal acquired 40,833 shares in January and retains over 41k, Ronald Denis acquired 3,333 in January and retains over 73k. Officers also acquired and retained shares in January.  All of these transactions were in the $3.50 price range.
