It looks like there are troubles between NI and Nunisco. Nuinsco a big seller of shares in the last few weeks and now the only director who is sitting on the board of both companies are leaving the board from NI.
If I read the last news from Nuinsco, they want a bigger part from the sand business and NI shall pay it. I think this is also the reason for the delay, the company will first find a solution for it, but without Galipeau it will not be easier.
We will see what will happen here, somebody is holding our shareprice at 6c and above. And some good things seems to be in the pipe, otherwise we would see more sellers. But what here will be at the end, who knows.

I have read the NWI news release's. I must be the only one who does not see this "DELAY" that everyone is talking about. Why would some one try to destroy the goose who laid "GOLDEN" egg. It does not make sense.
