However I think she is just being careful and protecting her statements. She is right in that ecomomic conditions will ultimately decide the fate of many of these explorers. Very interested in UCORE'S pilot plant because if successful, it will go a long way in demonstrating a relatuvely low CAPEX. This is vital to the production of heavies.
