one has to wonder why the ceo making roughly $200,000 annually and the exploration vp who clocks in around $150,000 would skip out ?
two possible scenarios:
1. they were shown the door
2. they had a hissy fit and bolted after the board of directors denied their pleas for winter drilling.
scenario #1 seems more likely as who would bolt from a $200,000 job that requires little if any effort (talking to the former ceo a few times it's safe to say his insights were just slightly more than  having a discussion with an empty chair).

the silver lining is maybe folks can get .005 shares next week,
