Is Urocidin dead?

Is Urocidin dead?As far as I am aware the last thing we were told about it was that there were 20+ interested partners. Not much different from what we were lead to believe about the number of suitors for Animal Health.

Since the summer of 2013, when the HC meeting went nowhere, we have been told that a meeting was set for December with the FDA. Of course, as is par for Bioniche, that meeting was cancelled without explanation.

I realize that Bioniche has a new CEO, who needs time, but why is he continuing the decade long policy of keeping shareholders in the dark. Was maintaining the contempt and disdain for shareholders part of his employment contract?

In hindsight, I can see why the company wanted to cover up the ever growing disaster with the VMC that led to near bankruptcy and obscene indebtedness, but what is the new management team attempting to shroud? Other that " vote yes or we are bankrupt" how do they intend, assuming they do, to sell this disappointing AH deal to shareholders.
